The guard is made from 5086 marine grade aluminum, mig welded using 5356 alloy welding wire then painted with Mercury Phantom Black enamel. This guard will fit most all trolling motors. This guard has fins out to each side for extra protection.

trolling motor . This guard provides protection from rocks, stumps and other
underwater obstructions that can damage the fish/depth finder transducer.
The
stealth design provide the ultimate protection without hindering the

The transducer guard is mounted
in front of the transducer with the included stainless steel hose clamp. The
guards provide some extra protection for the plastic trolling motor prop
also. The
only maintenance required is a periodic check
to insure that the clamp is still tight and is centered in front of the
transducer.
